COPE Antibody E-1 is a mouse monoclonal IgG 1 Io provided at 200 Amug/ml specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 261-293 near the C-terminus of COPE of human origin recommended for detection of COPE of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHC P and ELISA; also reactive with additional species, including and canine and bovine m-IgG Fc BP-HRP and m-IgG 1 BP-HRP are the preferred secondary detection reagents for COPE Antibody E-1 for WB and IHC P applications.
