The COS-7-DRA101:01/DRB103:01 cell line expresses HLA-DRA101:01 and DRB103:01 antigens, which are crucial for presenting extracellular antigens to helper T-cells. This cell line, developed via retroviral transduction and validated using flow cytometry, does not require antibiotics.
