Description

The COS-7-DRA101:01/DRB111:01 cell line expresses the HLA-DRA101:01 and DRB111:01 antigens, which play a critical role in antigen presentation to helper T-cells. Developed via retroviral transduction, this cell line was validated using flow cytometry and is maintained without antibiotics. It is valuable for research into the interactions between HLA class II molecules and the immune system, especially in the context of autoimmune diseases and transplant immunology.
