Description

COS-7 cells expressing HLA-DRA101:01 and DRB112:02 antigens are vital for presenting extracellular antigens to helper T-cells. This stable cell line was created using retroviral transduction and validated via flow cytometry. It is maintained without antibiotic selection and is valuable for research into immune response mechanisms, antigen presentation, and the role of HLA class II molecules in autoimmunity and transplantation.
