The COS-7-DRA101:01/DRB113:03 cell line expresses HLA-DRA101:01 and DRB113:03 antigens, which are essential for antigen presentation to helper T-cells. This cell line, generated through retroviral transduction, was validated using flow cytometry and is maintained without antibiotics.
