COS-7-HLA-B*18:01 Cell Line

Description

COS-7 cells engineered to stably express the HLA-B18:01 antigen are essential for presenting viral peptides to cytotoxic T-cells. Developed through retroviral transduction, this cell line was validated using flow cytometry. It does not require antibiotic selection and is ideal for studying HLA class I molecule interactions, immune response mechanisms, and the role of HLA-B18:01 in viral immunity and disease progression.
