Cryonase Cold-Active Nuclease is a recombinant endonuclease originating from a psychrophile,Shewanellasp., which is expressed in and purified fromE. coli.This enzyme can digest all types of DNA and RNA single-stranded, double-stranded, linear or circularized , even on ice.
