Cy3-PEG3-Azide is a Cyanine 3 Cy3 HY-D0822 dye derivative containing 3 PEG units. Cy3-PEG3-Azide contains an azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition CuAAc with molecules containing alkyne groups. It can also undergo ring strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition SPAAC with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
