CYP2E1-IN-1 Compound 10 is an orally active cytochrome P450 2E1 CYP2E1 inhibitor with a Kd of 7.02 ?M, an IC50 of 1.64 ?M, and a Ki of 0.897 ?M. CYP2E1-IN-1 activates the Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway and inhibits ROS production, thereby alleviating pancreatic injury.
