Description

D-Isosorbide is used as a reagent in the preparation of detergents, agrochemicals, cleansers, cosmetics and vasodilators. It is also employed as a pharmaceutical intermediate for dimethyl ether and mono- and dinitrate derivatives, which is used as vasodilators and coronary disease therapeutics.
