Dantrolene is a ryanodine receptor RyR antagonist and Ca2+ signaling stabilizer. Dantrolene is a direct-acting skeletal muscle relaxant. Dantrolene can be used for the research of muscle spasticity, malignant hyperthermia, Huntingtons disease and other neuroleptic malignant syndrome.
