E. coli Antibody 404 is a mouse monoclonal IgG 2b provided at 100 Amug/ml raised against pool of four E. coli serotypes, which are associated with Escherichia coli urinary tract infections: O18:B21, O44:K74, O112:B11, O125:B15 recommended for detection of E. coli serotypes O2a/2b, O7, O11, O18, O44, O75, O112 and O125 of Escherichia coli origin by ELISA; non cross-reactive with Enterobacter aerogenes, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Proteus mirabilis, Proteus vulgaris, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, or Serratia marcescens At present, we have not yet completed the identification of the preferred secondary detection reagent s for E. coli Antibody 404 .
