EGFR/CDK2-IN-4 induces apoptosis in MCF-7 cells and arrests the cell cycle in the S phase. EGFR/CDK2-IN-4 has significant anti-cancer cell toxicity and inhibits MCF-7 with an IC50 of 2.74 ?M.
