Description
CHO cells were transfected with a plasmid carrying N1-EGFR K721A -YFP to establish the EGFR-K721A Stable CHO Cell Line. The cells were selected with 800 mug/ml G418 then sorted through FACS for fluorescence-positive cells. EGFR-K721A is EGFR mutated to have an inactive tyrosine kinase domain. May be used alongside with EGFR Stable CHO Cell Line Cat. No. T6255 to study EGFR.
