CHO cells were transfected with pEYFP-N1/EGFR to establish the EGFR Stable CHO Cell Line. The cells were selected with 800 mug/ml G418 then sorted through FACS for fluorescence-positive cells. May be used alongside with EGFR-K721A Stable CHO Cell Line Cat. No. T6256 to study EGFR.
