EHD Antibody D-12 is a mouse monoclonal IgG 2a Io provided at 200 Amug/ml specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 126-152 of EHD of human origin recommended for detection of EHD1, EHD2 and EHD3 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHC P and ELISA; also reactive with additional species, including and canine, bovine and porcine m-IgG Fc BP-HRP , m-IgG 2a BP-HRP and m-IgGIo BP-HRP are the preferred secondary detection reagents for EHD Antibody D-12 for WB and IHC P applications.
