EMAP II Antibody A-10 is a mouse monoclonal IgG 2a Io provided at 200 Amug/ml specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 231-262 within an internal region of EMAP II of mouse origin recommended for detection of precursor and mature EMAP II of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA; also reactive with additional species, including bovine m-IgG Fc BP-HRP , m-IgG 2a BP-HRP and m-IgGIo BP-HRP are the preferred secondary detection reagents for EMAP II Antibody A-10 for WB applications.
