EMAP II Antibody E-5 is a mouse monoclonal IgG 1 Io provided at 200 Amug/ml specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 238-269 within an internal region of EMAP II of mouse origin recommended for detection of precursor and mature EMAP II of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA; also reactive with additional species, including bovine m-IgG Fc BP-HRP and m-IgG 1 BP-HRP are the preferred secondary detection reagents for EMAP II Antibody E-5 for WB applications.
