EpiScope Unmethylated HCT116 DKO gDNA

Description

This product consists of genomic DNA purified from the DNMT DKO double knock-out human HCT116 cell line, which is genetically lacking of both methyltransferases DNMT1 DNA methyltransferase 1 and DNMT3B DNA methytransferase 3B . The methylation level of the genomic DNA from DNMT DKO HCT116 is extremely low < 5 % compared with wild type genomic DNA. Therefore, this DNA can be used as a negative non- or hypo-methylated controlin DNA methylation analysis experiments. Our products are to be used forResearch Use Only.
