Ertapenem/ Ertapenem + Boronic acid

Description

It is a unique Phenotypic determination paper strip which is coated with antibiotic and inhibitor on a single strip in a concentration gradient manner. The upper half has Ertapenem + Boronic acid with a highest concentration tapering downwards and capable of showing IC values in the range of 0.032-2, whereas lower half is similarly coated with Ertapenem concentration gradient in reverse direction to show IC values in the range of 0.125-8.
