Factor VIII Antibody GMA-8011 is a mouse monoclonal IgG 2a provided at 100 Amug/ml raised against B domain deleted recombinant Factor VIII of human origin, with epitope mapping to the C1 domain recommended for detection of Factor VIII of human origin by ELISA See Factor VIII light chain RFFVIII C/5 : sc-59512 for Factor VIII antibody conjugates, including AC, HRP, FITC, PE, Alexa Fluor A 488, 594, 647, 680 and 790. At present, we have not yet completed the identification of the preferred secondary detection reagent s for Factor VIII Antibody GMA-8011 . This work is in progress.
