Description

Fenbendazole stabilizes the transcriptional activator HIF-1?. Fenbendazole possesses an efficient anti-proliferative activity and induces apoptosis. Fenbendazole causes cell-cycle arrest and mitotic cell death, and has antitumor activity in mice xenografted with wild-type p53.
