FLT3-ITD Mutant 32D Stable Cell Line (32D-FLT3-ITD)

Description

This cell line features a stable mutation in the internal tandem duplication ITD - the most common mutation in Fms-like tyrosine kinase FLT3 , often implicated in acute myeloid leukemia AML . As FLT3-ITD mutations are associated with AML through its role in cell proliferation and tumor formation, this cell line is suitable for studies investgating the association of FLT3-ITD in AML formation and progression.
