Description

The LNP formulation loaded with eGFP mRNA 5MOU is prepared using generic LNP formulation with main ionizable lipid of SM102. The payload EGFP mRNA 5MOU has all the U bases 100 % modified with 5-methoxy Uridine. It expresses an enhanced green fluorescent protein Ex: 488nm, Em: 507nm . This formulation is a good control for testing if SM102 LNP is a good potential formulation for your mRNA product under research in your in vitro and in vivo experiment model.
