GlcNAc-1-Phosphotransferase catalyzes the addition of the il group of N-acetylglucosamine-1-phosphate to the terminal mannose. Mutations in GlcNAc-1-Phosphotransferase cause lysosomal storage disorders such as mucolipidosis.
