Description
GLP-26 is a HBV capsid assembly modulators CAM , inhibits HBV DNA replication in Hep AD38 system IC50=3 nM , and reduces cccDNA by >90 % at 1 ?M. GLP-26 disrupts the encapsidation of pre-genomic RNA, causes nucleocapsid disassembly and reduces cccDNA pools. GLP-26 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition CuAAc with molecules containing Azide groups.
