?-Glucosidase-IN-68 Compound 2 is an inhibitor for ?-Glucosidase, AChE, and BChE, with IC50 of 0.251, 0.774 and 0.793 ?M, respectively. ?-Glucosidase-IN-68 exhibits antioxidant efficacy, with IC50 of 0.69 ?M and 0.02 ?M, in DPPH and ABTS experiments. ?-Glucosidase-IN-68 exhibits antidiabetic effect in Streptozotocin HY-13753 -induced diabetic rat models.
