Description

Affinity adsorbent-based immobilized resin based on cross-linked agarose Superflow for the purification of recombinant glutathione S-transferase GST -tagged biomolecules under native conditions. This resin permits one-step purification of GST-tagged recombinant proteins under flow rates up to 15 ml/ cm2min and pressures up to 150 p.s.i. for production-scale applications.
