Cells were isolated from cross-breed pups of Gnpat wildtype mice Gnpat++ crossed with SV40 carrying Tg H2-K1-tsA58 11Kio mice to obtain the Gnpat Stable Mouse Myoblast 161 Cell Line. This cell line is a Gnpat wildtype which may be used alongside with Gnpat knockout cells for study available at abm; Cat. No. T6278 or T6279 .
