Description

GST-Tag Rapid Assay Kit is developed on colloidal gold lateral flow and sandwich immunoassay principle. Mouse anti-GST-Tag monoclonal antibody is immobilized as test line on the membrane, and goat anti-mouse IgG serves as control line; colloidal gold conjugated anti-GST-Tag monoclonal antibody is coated on conjugate pad.After sample loading, target GST fusion protein migrates via capillary flow and binds with gold-labeled antibody to form complexes, which are captured on test line to form visible purplish-red bands. LOD reaches 30ng/mL with positive color-concentration correlation from 30ng/mL to 3μg/mL. No hook effect and stable band color even up to 10μg/mL.
