H2-D d Antibody 5K47 is a mouse monoclonal IgG 2a provided at 100 Amug/ml raised against C57BL/6 x DBA/2 F1 hybrid spenocytes of mouse origin recommended for detection of a conformational epitope on H2-D d MHC class I found on the N terminal domains of I+/-1 and I+/-2 chains when complexed with I22 microglobulin of mouse origin by IP and FCM; non cross-reactive with H2Dd I+/- chains synthesized in vitro available conjugated to FITC for IF, IHC P and FCM At present, we have not yet completed the identification of the preferred secondary detection reagent s for H2-D d Antibody 5K47 .
