H2-I/EIo Antibody 14-4-4S is a mouse monoclonal IgG 2a provided at 100 Amug/ml raised against C3H skin graft and splenocytes of chicken origin recommended for detection of H2-I/EIo of mouse origin by IP, IF and FCM; may cross-react with rat class II alloantigen RT1D available conjugated to either phycoerythrin or FITC for IF, IHC P and FCM At present, we have not yet completed the identification of the preferred secondary detection reagent s for H2-I/EIo Antibody 14-4-4S .
