H2-I/EIo Antibody 5K42 is a mouse monoclonal IgG 2a provided at 100 Amug/ml raised against C3H skin graft and splenocytes of mouse origin recommended for detection of H2-I/EIo alloantigen on cells of the H-2r haplotype of mouse origin by FCM; non cross-reactive with H2-d and H2-p haplotypes available conjugated to phycoerythrin for IF, IHC P and FCM At present, we have not yet completed the identification of the preferred secondary detection reagent s for H2-I/EIo Antibody 5K42 .
