Description

HA-Tag Rapid Competitive Assay Kit adopts latex microsphere-based immunochromatography based on competitive immunoassay. Red latex microspheres are used as labeling materials for brighter color and lower background. Recombinant HA-Tag protein is immobilized as test line and chicken IgY as control line on the membrane; conjugate pad is coated with latex-labeled anti-HA monoclonal antibody and latex-labeled chicken IgY. When HA-Tag protein exists in sample, target analyte preferentially binds to labeled antibody and blocks its combination with immobilized antigen. Higher protein concentration leads to fainter test band. Detection range: 0.5~10μg/mL; CV ≤15 for repeatability, relative bias within ±15%, enabling reliable semi-quantitative results.
