Leukemia patients are from two subgroups: either the MLL AML M1/4/5 or the T-ALL breakpoint cluster region. This cell line is part of a HEK293-T cell group T3229-T3234 that was genetically and stably modified to expressing the four resulting fusion genes MLL-AF6, AF6-MLL, exMLL-AF6, AF6-shMLL .
