Helios Antibody H-1 is a mouse monoclonal IgG 2a Io provided at 200 Amug/ml raised against amino acids 222-280 mapping within an internal region of Helios of human origin recommended for detection of Helios of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA; also reactive with additional species, including and canine, bovine and porcine m-IgG Fc BP-HRP and m-IgG 2a BP-HRP are the preferred secondary detection reagents for Helios Antibody H-1 for WB applications.
