Hematoxylin Staining Solution is an alkaline dye used in histology for staining cell nuclei. The fundamental principle of staining lies in the fact that nucleic acids within the cell nucleus are negatively charged and acidic, making them prone to binding with the positively charged, alkaline hematoxylin dye, thus becoming stained. With a hematoxylin concentration of 0.5%, the stained nuclei appear vividly blue or bluish-purple.This production can be used with HE,IHC,Special Stains
