Hemoglobin I+/- Antibody B-10 is a mouse monoclonal IgM Io provided at 200 Amug/ml specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 3-19 within an internal region of Hemoglobin I+/- of human origin recommended for detection of Hemoglobin I+/- of human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA See Hemoglobin I+/- D-4 : sc-514378 for Hemoglobin I+/- antibody conjugates, including AC, HRP, FITC, PE, Alexa Fluor A 488, 594, 647, 680 and 790. At present, we have not yet completed the identification of the preferred secondary detection reagent s for Hemoglobin I+/- Antibody B-10 . This work is in progress.
