Hep C NS3 Antibody 113 is a mouse monoclonal IgG 1 Io provided at 100 Amug/ml raised against a chimeric polyprotein corresponding to 555 amino acids of NS3 of Hep C recommended for detection of epitopes corresponding to amino acids 1252-1477 and 1378-1458 of NS3 region of Hep C origin by WB; non cross-reactive with core, Envelope Protein M EPM or NS-4 regions At present, we have not yet completed the identification of the preferred secondary detection reagent s for Hep C NS3 Antibody 113 .
