HiPurA 96 Plasmid DNA Purification Kit

Description

The HiPurAA 96 Plasmid DNA Purification Kit provides a simple and rapid method for purifying plasmid or cosmid DNA from small volume of bacterial cultures 2.0 ml . This kit is not recommended for the purification of large recombinant constructs such as BACs and PACs. The kit uses the principle of silica binding in a 96awell format that eliminates the need for expensive resins, alcohol precipitation and hazardous organic compounds such as phenol and chloroform. This procedure is based on a modified alkaline lysis procedure specialized for highathroughput DNA applications.
