HLA class I Antibody MEM-147 is a mouse monoclonal IgG 1 provided at 100 Amug/ml raised against PHA-activated human peripheral blood lymphocytes recommended for detection of all classical HLA class I molecules in native cell-surface forms of human origin by WB non-reducing , IP and FCM available conjugated to phycoerythrin for IF, IHC P and FCM See HLA class I HP-1F7 : sc-69892 for HLA class I antibody conjugates, including AC, HRP, FITC, PE, Alexa Fluor A 488, 594, 647, 680 and 790. At present, we have not yet completed the identification of the preferred secondary detection reagent s for HLA class I Antibody MEM-147 . This work is in progress.
