Description
HR-568 exhibits broad-spectrum anti-enterovirus activity. HR-568 inhibits enterovirus species EV-A71, E30 and CVA24 in cell MRC-5 with EC50 of 1.53 ?M, 0.4 ?M and 1.22 ?M. HR-568 targets hydrophobic canyon pocket on the enterovirus capsid protein, and inhibits the virus replication.
