Description

HSV-60mer sodium is a 60 bp double-stranded oligonucleotide containing viral DNA motifs that derive from the herpes simplex virus 1 HSV-1 genome. Transfected HSV-60 has been shown to potently induce IFN-? in a Toll-like receptor TLR -, DNA-dependent activator of IRFs DAI -, and RNA polymerase III Pol III -independent, but STING-, TBK1- and IFN regulatory factor 3 IRF3 -dependent manner.
