A derivated of Huh-7 cells, the Huh-7-Lunet cells express a stably replicating Hepatitis C Virus replicon. The HCV replicon was eliminated from these cells by antiviral treatment giving rise to cured cells. Note: these cells should be cited as Huh7-Luc/neo ET in the literature.
