Description
CF059 is recombinant human KGF expressed in E. coli, filtered through 0.22I14 membrane filter and lyophilized freeze-dried from a solution containing 15mM sodium phosphate pH 7.0 and 0.25M NaCl. In cell culture applications, FGF7 induces proliferation for many epithelial cells but not for fibroblasts and endothelial cells. It is a major growth factor for skin keratinocytes.
