Ig Io chain Antibody MEM-09 is a mouse monoclonal IgG 1 provided at 100 Amug/ml raised against human crude thymus membrane fraction recommended for detection of secreted and B cell-surface Ig and specifically detects Ig k light chains of human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHC P and FCM At present, we have not yet completed the identification of the preferred secondary detection reagent s for Ig Io chain Antibody MEM-09 .
