Immortalized Human Middle Ear Epithelial Cell Line (ROM2)

Description

These immortalized middle ear cell lines Cat. T0412 - T0146 are derived from donors with cochlear implants T0412 , recurrent otitis media T0413, T0414 and otitis media with effusion T0415, T0416 . PCR were used for marker detection and cells were validated by cytogenetic analysis. These cell lines are suitable research models for investigating the molecular pathogenesis of middle ear diseases including otitis media. Complete list of cell lines in this panel: Cat.
