Immortalized Human Rheumatoid Arthritis Cartilage Progenitor Cells RA-CPC are derived from osteoarthritic knee cartilage of a caucasian female. The cells were immortalized by inducing the cells with hTERT. The cells are progenitors cells positive for mesenchymal stem cell MSC markers via FACS , and may also be differentiated into adipocytes and cells of the osteoblastic lineage for further studies.
