Description
MEF Psen1/2-/- cells were derived from E8.5 embryos which were PSEN negative and is neomycin and hygromycin-resistant. The cells were immortalized with SV40 large T antigen via transfection with the pMSSVLT plasmid and were continuously grown in culture to established the immortalized cell line.
