Immortalized Normal Chondrocytes (NiAC)- hTERT & SV40LT

Description

This immortalized articular cartilage condrocyte NiAC cell line Cat. T0384 is derived from normal non-osteoarthritic donor tissue. It can be used in combination with the immortalized articular cartilage condrocyte OA iAC Cat. T0385 derived from an osteoarthritic patient as in vitro model of osteochondral regeneration and disease. The chondrocyte cell lines form three-dimensional aggregates when subjected to the hanging drop method. Furthermore, the aggregates present an extracellular matrix containing collagen.
